What are chakras?

And how do we engage with them as followers of Christ?

In this introductory course, we will learn the basics about chakras and search for the fingerprints of God on the chakra system. First, we will answer the question, "what is a chakra?" and take a brief look at the history of chakras. Then, we will dig into the details of the seven chakra system and learn signs of imbalances in each chakra. Finally we will consider how to understand and engage with chakras from a Christian perspective and enjoy a Christ-centered chakra meditation.
